Executive Assistant

Applicants are likely to hold an undergraduate Degree in Law but should not be members of the Barr. A postgraduate qualification would also be desirable, although not essential.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong legal and administrative skills as the role will involve in assisting the Renewable Energy Team in the areas of renewable energy and power project development. Applicants will therefore be required to demonstrate market knowledge, negotiating skills and the ability to network. This should be further complimented with excellent communication skills and strong report writing skills.

General management expertise is also important with specific experience in areas such as resourcing, coaching, mentoring and conducting performance reviews.
Applicants should be team-focused, resilient, independent and communicative (strong in communication) Confident and friendly conduct and fluent in English and possibly in Greek.
Knowledge of the construction industry (building control, planning and construction law) would be an advantage

Executive Assistant to support the day to day operations of the Management Team. This person will be stationed in Bucharest.
Under the supervision of the Financial Manager provides administrative assistance to the Team; organizes, procures and distributes all office supplies; receives and records work orders and ensures authority is obtained before action is taken; maintains contracts, maintenance service, input of contracts in financial system with relevant financial coding and other records;
