Executive Assistant (Brasov)

- Acts as an intermediary of the executive management, by organizing, processing, controlling all incoming information and by transmitting relevant information to the management, employees and externals.
- Organizes and keeps up to date manager's calendar, schedules meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners and internal personnel. Reads and routes incoming mails from the manager's mailbox.
- Performs a variety of administrative functions (e.g. prepares invoice analysis, creates Shopping Carts, ensures signing of various documents).
- Collects, centralizes, checks received data and prepares various reports for the executive management.
- Ensures that office callers and visitors are courteously greeted and referred to the proper persons or answers their inquiries in the absence of the executive, if possible.
- Coordinates executive management level meetings regarding content preparation of the presentations for the manager, takes meeting minutes and ensures the application of agreements and topics of the meetings.
- Organizes, coordinates and controls the business trips process in order to assure good results.
- Prepares presentations for the management in a convincing, clearly structured, sound and well founded manner.
- Organizes meetings, workshops and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view.
