TRAINING SPECIALIST

You have university degree and a min. 2 years experience in „soft HR”, preferably in a production environment. Already have experience in creating training programs and leading trainings. You are familiar whit tools and system of work assessment and also whit the analyze of training providers market. Speak English fluently and have good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office environment. You have driving license.

• Creating and supervising the training plans based on the existing training policy of the company which covers:
 Analyzing the training needs,
 Preparing the internal training programs,
 Organizing internal trainings,
• Cooperation with external training companies in the sphere of:
 Tailoring (creating training programs custom made of company needs),
 Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of external trainings,
• Monitoring the market of training providers:
 Identifying training companies,
 Collecting data regarding interesting trainings, methods and training tools,
• Supervision over the conducted trainings,
• Assessing the effectiveness of internal and external trainings,
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning employee assessment (work assessment and managerial potential assessment) with the aim of creating training programs,
• Identifying employees with high potential.
