Jr. Office Manager

A European Investment Bank is recruiting for a Jr. office manager to work in their busy team in Bucharest.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, to include secretarial and front desk support for the staff and upscale clients.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

-Taking responsibility for organizing and overseeing the smooth operation of the office
-To act as safety office and first aider for the office
-Printing, laminating and binding documents and reports
-Booking business travel
-Overseeing the office paper filing system and archiving
-Administration of monthly fees and cost reports
-Overseeing office diary containing all staff movements

We are looking for someone with a strong motivation who can manage and plan their own workload and priorities tasks.

The candidates must be: fluent in english, non smoker and very good looking. Italian language is a plus .
