| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for a managing director with a strong experience of working in real estate development and 4 stars hotels.
The ideal candidate should:
- have high education, advanced knowledge of legal and financial issues,
- have ability to communicate, to organize and coordinate a team,
- be able for quick transfer of knowledge, efficient formulation and fulfillment of goals and tasks,
- have excellent knowledge of both English and Russian languages (if you speak just one of these languages - do not apply, please).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsabilities:
- budget planning, preparation and compliance,
- organization and coordination of subordinate team work,
- representation of the hotel events,
- contacts with very important clients,
- preparation of reports.
