Food & Beverage Manager

Food and beverage director is directly responsible for efficiency of the food and beverage sector. Control and fulfillment of revenue budget respectively. Determines operations and standards.
The ideal candidate should have a significant experience in managing the food and beverage sector, have a good understanding of the market, be flexible, inventive and competent.

Revenue and profit of the budget control and coordination
Inventory and costs control
Operations control
Customer service control

Together with the restaurant managers establishes the yearly revenue and profit budget;
At all times he monitors the restaurants revenue and costs components (operating costs, food and beverage costs and other costs)
Together with the restaurant managers determines the restaurants equipment needs;
Establishes the right suppliers (cost, quality). Participates in the negotiations for prices with suppliers;
Taking into consideration the heath and safety, food regulations, the countries laws, establishes restaurants operations and operating standards, companies’ strategies and policies with high customer service and quality;
Is capable of training of his staff to the service and quality requirements.
