Operations Associate

 University Degree (Technical/Economical/Computer Science)
 2-5 years acquired experience
 Fluency in written and spoken English
 Very good PC skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
 Fast learning and highly motivated individuals, prepared to work in a challenging, dynamic environment

 Utilizing specialized computer applications for monitoring large numbers of devices, tracking and isolating errors and/or malfunctions and liaising with the relevant subcontractors and other entities to pursue and ensure prompt resolution.
 Accessing electronic databases utilizing specialized computer programs, reconciling different data flows, detecting and filtering out differences, generating reports and data files and interacting with clients on a daily basis.
 Accessing AS/400 databases via specialized applications, utilizing research programs and menus, isolating relevant information and providing resolutions of disputed ATM/POS transactions.
 Liaising with and managing of multiple subcontractors, ensuring that strict contractual timelines and service levels are observed, overseeing the execution by different entities of simultaneous and interdependent tasks
 Customer service activities, communicate with customer representatives, both verbal and written, for solving different requests and complains
 Communicate frequently with subcontractors, verify and supervise their activity
