CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferable;
- 3 or more years of experience in leading people and coordinating personnel engaged in manufacturing activity is mandatory;
- Strong skills in computer assisted design (CAD/CAE) software such as AutoCAD;
- Strong organization and time management skills to maintain project deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Managing the personnel engaged in manufacturing activities:
- Will plan and coordinate manufacturing processes,
- Supervising the flow and respecting the technology;
- Act as a vital resource for technical questions related to manufacturing and quality processes;
- Continually seek new manufacturing technology and processing methods that will improve the productivity, cost, quality, and agility of manufacturing.
