| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor/ University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Economics/ Management/ Marketing/Finances/Accounting
- Experience in developing projects under PHARE, SAPARD or preferably under the grant schemes for SMEs launched by the former National Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperation
- Consistent experience in drafting business plans and feasibility studies especially for SMEs owned projects
- A good knowledge of the institutional framework and programmatic documents on structural funds is desired
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- MS Office and Internet professional user knowledge
- Excellent drafting skills
- Very good analytical and interpersonal skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- The main tasks will comprise the elaboration of the business plans, feasibility studies and all required documents for projects to be financed with structural funds, that have as beneficiary SMEs or large companies.
- Other complementary tasks:
Documentation activity and information collection
Assisting the beneficiary in the project implementation process
Manages the relation with the clients and with the company representatives according to the project profile
