| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional, with the following skills and qualifications:
▪ University Degree in Economics or Law ,
▪ At least two years work experience,
▪ CNVM certification as internal controller is a plus
▪ Broad knowledge of the capital market operation, regulations and procedures,
▪ Fluency in both written and oral English,
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
▪ developing, planning and executing the company’s internal control functions;
▪ direct reporting to the Board of Directors with a day to day reporting line to the General Manager ;
▪ providing consultation to the management on risk management and internal control issues;
▪ developing and maintaining senior level contact with NBG Group and Romanian regulatory authorities;
