RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsabilities:
Policies
Set unsecured product credit policies - Implement at least one annual full review for relevance to market practices
Ensure key parameter performance are tracked
Implement reserve policy as per company requirement and provide regular analysis
Delegation (5.0, CRP, NPI)
Ensure compliance to delegation of approval (policy 5.0) for unsecured products - Delegate own credit authority if appropriate and regularly review team performance – Underwrite per delegation
Drive CRP process and track product / program / account performance as per key indicators in document
Contribute to NPI process and track product / program as per committed key risk indicators
Strategies (U/W, pricing, collection)
Define opportunities to challenge underwriting, pricing and collection strategies through champion / challenger
Contribute to pricing strategy reviews, in particular risk-based-pricing
Drive forecasting process as required by business planning sessions
P&L support (ad’hoc projects)
Support business request for datamining and performance analysis
Communicate monthly performance to business
Team management
Communicate performance to risk team and business
Manage team career development
