The Transaction Advisory Services Group of Ernst & Young in South East Europe is experiencing unprecedented growth, resulting in a number of opportunities arising in Romania for talented and ambitious individuals looking to develop a career in Transaction Services.

Working in close co-operation with our clients, the team manages a range of deals, from private equity transactions through to major multinational acquisitions. Working in this creative environment, you will be given the opportunity to take responsibility for challenging projects, gaining exposure to various sectors, both within Greece and internationally.

The transaction support team provides buy side and sell side assistance to clients, managing integrated due diligences services focusing primarily on financial, taxation, IT and operational transaction issues.

As a member of the Transaction Support team, you will be able to accelerate your professional career and you will have access to high quality training, including a high level 5 weeks conversion program for managers with no or limited transaction experience.

Minimum requirements:

- 2-6 years of auditing experience in a Big Four or relevant company
- Strong accounting background
- Good knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards
- English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication, organizational and management skills
- Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a team
- IT knowledge (MS Office, other operating systems)

Would be considered an advantage:

- Due diligence experience
- Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
- Fluency in other foreign languages
