Reporting Coordinator

Assurance and Advisory Bussines Services - Reporting Coordinator:

- Responsible for operational monitoring and control and to the timly timesheet submissions;
- Monitor and chase of late opening of engagement codes and implement a process to ensure codes are opened before work commences via linkage with bookings made in Retain;
- Assist with scheduling of engagements, staff and resolving Retain conflicts;
- Collate fee estimates/budgets, monitoring confirmed work and blue sky, and identifying overbookings/potential overrun situations before time is incurred;
- Analys of low recovery clients and reporting;
- Assist with monitoring and timely adjustments of NER%, with monitoring of Receivables and Billings;
- Book and control of short-term secondments/purchased resources and ensure administrative issues dealt with;
- Assist ad-hoc projects and collate of data and information.

Requirements:

- University Degree is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)
