AABS- Assurance Manager:

- Coaches the team in the field on assurance engagements in the context of a multinational and local client and ensures the work plan is properly executed by the team, and documented and concluded in compliance with organization and service line policies and protocols.
- Contributes to the definition of the audit strategy both at the consolidation level (if any) and at the level of the entities he/she supervises.
- Responsible for the presentation of our work and its findings to the client under the supervision of a senior manager / partner in Assurance.
- Acts as the mentor of the team and makes sure that all team members are appropriately supervised and coached

AABS- Assurance Senior:

- Coaches the team in the field on assurance engagements in the context of a multinational and local client and ensures the work plan is properly executed by the team, and documented and concluded in compliance with organization and service line policies and protocols.
- Acts with a clear awareness of belonging to a global team and a global organization.

Requirements:

- Minimum of five years of experience for the manager position and three years experience for the senior position in the audit profession
- Completed relevant higher education degree
- Completed or in progress of completing a professional certification (ACCA, CPA, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
- Excellent IT skills
