Accountant

 Medium level in finance/accounting through education and experience (MBA level)
 Experience with Oracle 11i
 Good English and French language skills
 Able/willing to work in an international environment
 Experience with payroll preferred

 Accounts Payable (as a backup):
o Responsible for processing Accounts Payable for European Headquarters and Subsidiaries in Europe
o Matching invoices against purchase orders and good receipts
o Accurate and timely processing of invoices
o Preparation, reconciliation and recording of payments
o Responding to internal and external inquiries (regarding the status of accounts and payments)
o Processing of expense reports and review of proper documentation and approval including checks and controls
o Preparation of management reports regarding European accounts payable management
 Accounts Receivable
o Reconciliation and recording of payments (as a backup)
o Assist in solving AR Issues
 General Ledger
o Prepare and documents monthly account reconciliations of Balance Sheet Accounts according to standard reconciliation templates
o Prepares, books and documents monthly journal entries (after approval)
o Monthly account analysis
o Assist with reconciliation between French statutory general ledger and European management accounts
o Monthly bank reconciliations
o Assists/prepares VAT Returns and Intrastat of all Subs and EHQ
 Payroll
o Prepares Payroll files for the Subs and EHQ
o Enters Payroll into the Dutch ADP System
o Prepares and books monthly Payroll Journal

 Other duties as assigned

 Support the Ergotron subsidiaries and the European Headquarters in the area of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and General Accounting activities. This position assists and reports to the Accounting Manager.
