FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

- Economical University degree;
- advanced English skills ;
- knowledge of SAP ERP system (at least other ‘’high level’’ ERP system)
- having Project vision skills and relevant experience on business projects
- good knowledge of financial legislation;
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (or as Asistance Finance Manager, Senior Financial Controller )
- experience in production company is considered an advantage (preferable metallurgical industry);
- communication and organization skills are required;
- ability to meet deadlines

- coordinates Finance and Accounting team
- manages preparation of Annual Budget, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the company‘s budget;
- manages cash flow and bank relations to maximize returns;
- manages financial analyzes and recommends specific measures to increase productivity and profitability;
- manages forecasting and analysis in order to provide accurate financial information of the company for internal and external clients;
- provides explanations of financial status, analyzes and forecasts different financial scenarios;
- supports external auditors during the auditing process; ensures archiving according to established procedures;
- manages preparation and updating of procedures for the financial & accounting department;
- develops and implements a control system that ensures accurate data into the computerized financial system;
- suggests development strategies according to company policy;
- coordinates, monitors and evaluates subordinates according to company policy;
- works close with IT department to ensure computer systems are efficient
