Draftmans ( Tehnician)

Diploma de studii reprezentand competenta sa ca tehnician;
2/3 ani experienta in domeniu;
Cunostinte solide de AutoCad versiune 2006-2008, Microsoft Word, Excel;
Cunostinte in Photoshop, 3DMax, Sketchup, orice alt program grafic;
Cunostinte limba engleza reprezinta un avantaj;
Spirit organizatoric, atentie pentru detalii, spirit de echipa, sa se incadreze in termenele limita impuse, dinamicitate.


• Technical degree in AUTOCAD as draftsman
● 2-3 year of experience in design/drafting
● Required knowledge of AutoCad version 2006-2008, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
● Additional knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch-up or any pertinent graphics program is an asset
● English an asset
● Necessary core competencies:
● Ability to prioritise, attention to detail as this is a VERY detail oriented position, good work ethic, meet deadlines, high energy, stress management, meticulous, teamwork

Pregatire pentru executie si prezentare a desenelor;
Pregatirea desenelor pentrurevizie;
Pregatirea avizului cantitatilor pentru licitatii;
Descarcarea si organizrea tuturor documentelor tehnice in server


• Preparation of presentation drawings (sometimes with provided plans, others are improvised)
● At request of Project Manager, calculating the exact area of a field for a bid
● Preparation of “Shop drawings” for submittals (from field layout to roll layout)
● Working with the Project Manager to ensure that the layouts are sent on time and returned with little to no modifications to make
● Uploading all technical files to the Server(in appropriate project folder)
• Preparation of the logo for sending to manufacturer (closing or smoothing of poly-lines, ensuring that the lines can fit within manufacturing restrictions)
• Preparation of the Production Order (based on approved field layouts & roll layouts)

Este nevoie de un tehnician cu experienta pentru a se putea adapta unei firme internationale din domeniul arhitecturii, al managementului de proiect, constructii, specializata in constructii la scala mare a mall-urilor, centre comerciale, cladiri industriale apartinand unor grupuri de investitii imobiliare bine cunoscute. Cadidatul ideal se va ocupa de toate desenele si documentele aferente acestora daca este necesar.
