CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

10 years experience for the architects and engineers in the domain of projecting. Preferably with site experience.
Good knowledge regarding the Romanian. construction regulations.
Good knowledge of PC projecting programs. (AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, REVIT(preferably), PHOTOSHOP, 3DMAX, etc.), English language - proficiency level.

ERBA is an Istanbul-based construction and management company. It has been established in 1984 in Istanbul. Our customers are mainly international finance groups, multinational corporations and large scale real estate investors. We have branch offices in Romania, Bulgaria & Moscow.
Concerning the construction projects assigned, we are providing services at various phases from projecting to turn-key delivery by sub-contractor management and as well as project management activities. Our company has a precious experience and skill on fuel stations, large-scale shopping mall chains, commercial buildings, hotel and industrial buildings of well known real estate investing groups both in Turkey and abroad.
We already have provided project management and construction supervisor services approximately in 400 fuel station projects of Shell, BP and OMV in Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania between 1986 and 1996.
