CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications and skills
•University degree in Hydrogeology or Environmental sciences, or in another field relevant to this project;
•Knowledge of Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC and Groundwater Directive 80/68 EEC)
•Fluency in English;
General professional experience
Preferably 10 but minimum 7 years of experience in water monitoring
Specific professional experience
•Preferably 5 but minimum 3 year of experience in assessment of waters, water monitoring, laboratory analysis;
•Preferably 5 but minimum 3 year of experience in development of water monitoring programme compliant with the requirements of the EU Water Framework Directive;
•Participation in at least 1 successfully completed project in the development of water monitoring programme compliant with the requirements of the EU Water Framework Directive

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
He/She would be part of a first class team in the project financed by the EU: Integrated Management of Transboundary Groundwater between Bulgaria and Romania in Dobrudja/Dobrogea Area – Technical Assistance to ensure transboundary groundwater management using the WFD and Groundwater Directive.
Location-Dobrich (Bulgaria).
Duration: 1 year.
Input: 150 working days.
Starting date: inmediate (negotiable). THe project is still on |
