CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Graduate (Law University would be a plus);
- Min. 4 years of work experience (from which at least 1 year in a people management position would be a plus);
- Previous experience in dealing with collection and bad debts recovery, especially legal collection (would be a plus);
- Well organized, good analytical, communication and leadership skills; drive for results and entrepreneurial abilities;
- Very good computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Clean Driving License

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Manage a team for specific collection activities like legal collection;
- Manage company’s local executors, select new outsourced partners when needed;
- Ensure that all outsourced collection activities are fulfilled, recorded in systems in time and recovery rates are achieved within the collection strategies defined;
- Control & Reporting of activities managed by local office.
