(JUNIOR) BUSINESS ANALYST

- University degree with good IT and business understanding.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
- Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines.
- Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines.
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment.
- Organized and detail oriented person.
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is a must.

- Assist team leaders and management with all IT requirements (non-hardware) - ad-hoc reports and analysis, new functionalities, new setup in main applications.
- Capture and document the business requirements for new reports and system functionalities.
- Ensure the requirements are discussed and communicated with development team.
- Perform system and functional testing for new developments.
- Verify accuracy of data extracted in new reports, according to business requirements previously
established.
- Ensure that loading process is performed on time and all necessary actions are taken in order to have high quality data in the system.
- Sustain collection activity by performing setup process or data corrections in the system, on time and accurately.
- Understand business processes and suggest improvements.
- Perform and interpret daily/weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned areas.
