CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work night & evening shifts (the job assumes regular night shifts).
• Previous collection experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Organized and goal oriented person.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong telephone skills and basic PC knowledge.
• University degree required or students in senior years.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Deal with collection activities for U.S.A. clients, during the night and evening shifts.
• Interact, via email and telephone, with the debtors in collection process.
• Contact the debtors in order to get a payment agreement.
• Negotiate payment terms with the debtors.
• Follow-up on the collection process.
