Administrative Financial Officer - NEXT CAPITAL FINANCE

• University graduate in an economical field or student.
• Good communication skills, client-oriented and proactive person.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Accuracy, timeliness, diligence, ability to work in a small team.
• Medium knowledge of English.

• Register& handle all internal, incoming and outgoing paper-based documents.
• Administrate clients’ invoices: update clients’ files with daily documents, archive documents.
• Deliver and retrieve documents from banks, lawyers or other entities.
• Input data in Company’s software applications.
• Maintain & update the specific files with financial markets information.
• Provide administrative support to other members of the team.
