Supporting the user of the main applications
Identification of training/coaching needs
Information security enforcement (password handling, printing behavior...)
Enforcement of proper use of IT equipment (hardware and software)
Requirements clarification and management in accordance to the departamental procedures
Reporting to the IT management for the position specific projects
Routing request according to the departamental procedures
Prepare presentations, statistics and other reports
Coordinates with local IT field support any infrastructure related issues.
