CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

-Absolvent Politehnica – Telecomunicatii, Automatica
-Experienta tehnica anterioara in domeniul telecomunicatiilor(configurare, troubleshooting, sau instalare/commisioning): transmisiuni (ATM, PDH, SDH, MW, DWDM, FO), IP networking ( Networking, Routers, Switches) – 2-3 ani
-Cunostiinte de baza referitoare la sisteme de operarere (Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UNIX) si baze de date (Oracle, SQL) -Cunostinte de baza referitoare la tehnologii / retele : UMTS, GSM, WCDMA, GPRS
-Limba Engleza - avansat
-Buna comunicare in relatia cu partenerii si clientii interni si externi
-Atitudine orientata catre cerintele clientilor
-Deschidere catre noile tehnologii si capacitate mare de analiza
-Adaptabilitate buna la conditii / situatii noi
-Capacitate de invatare rapida si acumulare de noi cunostiinte din domeniul noilor tehnologii din telecomunicatii
-Carnet de conducere categoria B


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Rol:

Mentinerea retelei la un inalt grad de calitate prin asigurarea suportului tehnic necesar configurarii tuturor echipamentelor . Asigura integrarea noilor elemente de retea si a noilor servicii prin realizarea cu acuratete si la un inalt standard de calitate a tuturor testelor de acceptanta. Asigura interfata cu alte departamente implicate in planificarea si dezvoltarea retelei , precum si cu vendorii de echipamente fiind implicat activ in toate proiectele de implementare si integrare a noilor elemente de retea, a noilor servicii , precum si a noilor tehnologii sau produse.

Responsabilitati:

• Realizeaza toate configurarile de retea conform ordinelor de lucru emise de departamentele de planificare si dezvoltare, configurari ce asigura mentinerea retelei in parametri optimi de functionare .
• Asigura mentinerea in parametri a sistemelor de management (NMS) a elementelor de retea (administrarea conturilor, realizarea operatiunilor de backup & restore, asigurarea interfetei cu sistemele de monitorizare)
• Participa ca si resursa in cadrul proiectelor si asigura realizarea tuturor configurarilor necesare implementarii tuturor proiectelor in retea.
• Evalueaza si analizeaza in detaliu riscul tuturor actiunilor planificate, elaboreaza documentele necesare lucrarilor planificate si executa toate actiunile conform pasilor stabiliti prin procedura de executare a lucrarilor planificate - PWAD (in fereastra de mentenanta)
• Asigura implementarea corectiilor si a noilor versiuni de software
• Asigura interfata cu furnizorii de echipament
• Realizeaza analize de performanta a furnizorului si elaboreaza si completeaza matricea de performanta (evaluarea SLA-ului, comportamentul echipamentelor, etc)
• Participa la intalnirile cu furnizorul si realizeaza informari/recomandari catre managementul departamentului referitor la problemele majore in relatia cu furnizorul sau echipamentele instalate
