Project Manager - Cluj and Iasi

Requirements

Mandatory skills:

• Considerable active experience in IT, preferably in development;
• Significant active experience as Project Manager in structured teams;
• Very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle;
• Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
• MS Office Project / MS Project Server experience;
• Able to command respect from management and colleagues;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, team player;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills.

Desirable skills:

• Experience in managing multiple projects, of multiple types (T&M, FP);
• Project Management certifications;
• PMBOOK, PRINCE, Agile/SCRUM methodology knowledge.

As a Project Manager, you will be integrated in the Endava Romania Project Management practice and you will run one to five projects on daily basis.
You will be involved with one or more Extended Teams for UK projects, so English is very important, both spoken and written. Very good business communication skills are essential also.
You will be responsible for overall people management and productivity in the Delivery Center (Cluj or Iasi); offer support in maintaining office compliance with ISO-27001 (Information Security Management System).
You will manage multiple IT projects in Endava Iasi Delivery Centre (Cluj or Iasi) with components from the fields of Software Development, Software Testing and Application Support. You will have a crucial role in project bidding and planning and then in insuring the projects' delivery on time, on budget and according to customer's specifications and desired level of quality. You will prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management. You will participate in staff evaluation process. You will participate or lead specific Process Engineering groups.
