Mandatory skills:
- Active experience in Software Development;
- Good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle;
- Understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
- Able to command respect from management and colleagues;
- Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, team player;
- Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
Desirable skills:
- PRINCE2 methodology knowledge;
- MS Office Project / MS Project Server experience.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will have the opportunity to learn and to grow inside a multinational company and in time manage multiple IT projects in Endava Cluj Delivery Centre form all production departments: Software Development, Software Testing and Technical Support. You will participate along with other Project Managers in projects bidding and planning and in insuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget and according to customer's specifications and on the desired level of quality. You will learn to prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management. You will participate in staff evaluation process. You will participate or lead specific Process Engineering groups.
