Requirements
• Significant Java SE/EE experience;
• Experience with Web/Application Servers;
• Understanding of the full development cycle and some experience of Agile development methodologies and supporting tools;
• Understanding of and experience with application architectures (service oriented, client/server, web, database);
• Preferably SCRUM experience in an Agile environment;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills.

Endava has several Java projects, for finance-banking and game industry customers. Project work is done using SCRUM so familiarity with agile development is a key point.
Job description
Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems; you will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements. You will solve complex technical problems that you and your team members may encounter be an integral part of a Scrum team; by case, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team, tutor junior developers.
Occasionally you can be involved in geographically distributed projects and you will have to work for short periods of time in other Endava Delivery Centers (i.e. in London-UK).
