IT Support Technician

Mandatory skills:

- Hardware and software knowledge;
- Very attentive to details, bright and fast learner, good communication skills;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Unix operating systems.

Desirable skills:

- Experience on a similar position.

- Installing and troubleshooting hardware and peripherals;
- Installs and maintains the network and communications infrastructure (cables, connections, passive equipments);
- Builds and configures workstations (systems, applications and communications).
