CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory skills:
- Relevant experience in IT field, preferably technical support or help desk;
- Hands on Microsoft based operating systems and applications;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Good hardware knowledge covering PC`s, Laptops, Printers and other peripheral devices;
- Experience with demanding customers and tight deadlines
Desirable skills:
- Experience in an English language call-centre, preferably working within the IT industry; |
