Group Purchasing Coordinator

Mandatory skills:

• Relevant experience in both procurement and administration;
• Experience in a structured and process driven environment;
• Working experience in an IT environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Very good analytical skills, able to keep an accurate overview;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable skills:

• Using ITIL processes within an organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of hardware/software products and associated support agreements, mobile phones and other ad hoc requests;
• Maintaining and managing contracts, agreements renewals, project accounting system purchasing codes, quote tracking spreadsheet, customer and internal technology catalogues (road map), configuration management database, software licensing, company mobile phone agreements;
• Working according to guidelines and pipeline recommendations in order to achieve the best margin on price;
• Managing third party procurement suppliers;
• Monitoring all procurement specific documentation (i.e. PO’s, quotes and invoices);
• Providing monthly reports on direct sale revenue, resale revenue, asset management, profit margin achieved, equipment, contract and license renewals, mobile phone utilisation, breakdown of Customer purchases, breakdown of Endava purchases, third party suppliers performance against SLA.
