CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Mandatory skills:

- Relevant experience on a similar position;
- Excellent customer focus;
- Good presentation and training skills;
- College graduate;
- Very attentive to details, bright and fast learner;
- Excellent Romanian and English communication skills.

Desirable skills:

- Experience with service desk operation;
- Previous experience in IT enviroment.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Develops customer service policies and standards for an entire group;
- Actively involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;
- Responds to input from customers and client support managers (complaints, praise and concerns) and identifies better ways of providing services;
- Delivers continuous improvements for the benefit of the customers, services and business;
- Monitors customer support activities and works closely with team leaders, client support managers on constant improvements;
- Tracks improvements and reports the achievements;
- Works closely with the operations management in defining training needs and makes sure that are implemented;
- Reviews support procedures and workflow, and brings suggestions of improvements.
