| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Background within IT or HR area.
- Very good English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- PC skills (MS Word, Excel).

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
We are searching for a RECRUITER to work in our Human Resources Department in order to identify, screen, interview, select and hire experienced candidates in IT field.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Works in recruitment processes with strict dead-lines.
- Performs database mining and searching accordig to specifications.
- Prepares and places external job advertisments and internal job postings.
- Reviews applications and related documents, as assigned, to determine individual qualifications.
- Does the CV screening and HR interview.
- Permanently identifies new sources of potential candidates.
- Maintains up to date the candidates database.
