| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- very good knowledge of ASP.NET and C#.
- 3 years of active experience with .NET framework/C#.
- good knowledge of OOA-OOP, UML.
- good understanding of client-server and service-based architectures.
- good knowledge of known RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle).
- MS Enterprise Foundation Blocks knowledge.
- ability to make logical and physical design for software products.
- ability to tutor junior develelopers.
- ability to solve complex technical problems.
- initiave, responsible, dependable, dynamic spirit, quick learner.
- very good English, written and spoken.
ADVANTAGES:
- experience in leading development teams.
- experience in working with a Software Development Framework.
- experience in working with 3rd party .NET components and controls.
- programming related MS Certifications (MCAD, MCSD).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will be expected to be resposible of all technical aspects of a project, actively participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements. You will be required to lead a software development team, solve complex technical problems that your team members may encounter, track their work, review and enforce the quality of code written by your team, tutor junior developers.
