Requirements
Mandatory skills:
• Very good knowledge of C#, both on web and desktop;
• Active experience with .NET framework / C#;
• Active experience as Team Leader in structured teams;
• Capable of working by following business specifications;
• Very inclined to properly understand the business;
• Good knowledge of OOA-OOP, UML, ability to architect and design software products;
• Good understanding of client-server and service-based architectures;
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Reports;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player;
• Abilities to lead, inspire, motivate and mentor people;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
Desirable skills:
• Experience in working with a Software Development Framework;
• Experience in working with 3rd party .NET components and controls;
• Programming related MS Certifications (MCAD, MCSD).

Project description

This is a project that deals with mortgage-backed securities or otherwise known as bonds. The project implements a large set of productivity tools related to bond trading on the US bond market.

Job description

You will be required to lead a software development team, you will own every aspect of the project’s technical delivery, participate or own the logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements and ensure that the other team members understand them also.
You will solve complex technical / business problems that your team members may encounter, assign and track their work, review and enforce the quality of code written by your team, tutor junior developers.
You will provide constructive criticism; you will actively improve re-usability, contribute to lessons learnt for future releases and projects.
