RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
* Implement proof of concept for new generation of IP signalling protocols using C/C++ (Linux) according to the draft IETF RFCs
* Accurately estimate and plan tasks
* Document the code, document the implementation
* Define test plans
* Debug, test and optimize code
* Keep the code inline with the IETF RFC drafts
Requirements:
* Strong C/C++ programming skills under Linux; previous experience in medium/large scale C/C++ projects under Linux is mandatory
* Excellent knowledge of OSI protocol stack, TCP/IP stack in particular
* Ability to include & use network control libraries (e.g. libdnet, libxorp) into the C/C++ code
* Experience with UML, Rational Rose
* Knowledge of Linux (installation, configuration, routing, kernel parameters, packages)
* Preferable - experience in implementing IETF drafts
* Optional - WEB servers, PHP, MySQL under Linux
* Strong debugging and problem solving skills
* Good communication / writing skills
* Can work in a team or as an individual
* Hard working, self motivated
* Good English skills
Working Hours:
* flexible (the focus is on deliverables and deadlines)
* preferable evenings 17.00 - 01.00
Location:
* Bucharest
* Flexible (can work from home sometimes), but mandatory face to face project meetings on a regular basis
Salary:
* 500-1000 Euro/month (depending on experience); twice a month payment following project review
