| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified to High School diploma level or higher (preferably MSC) in technical/engineering disciplines.
About 5 years experience in the well completion/well testing/work over, including at least 3 years of oilfield operations experience, preferably off-shore.
Experience working in sour environment.
Experience in completion-well intervention of over pressured carbonate reservoirs, featuring severe circulation losses and high content of H2S.
Experience of HPHT well completion practices.
Knowledge of testing/completion/work over of highly productive wells, completed with large size/monobore production string.
Knowledge of aspects tied with well operations in cold climate.
Knowledge of Rigs, material and equipment needed for the typical completion, well testing, well intervention activities, in particular for completion and well testing in deep, highly deviated, highly productive, sour wells.
Intimate knowledge of the well construction processes, with particular reference to the completion, well testing, well intervention issues and the relevant engineering contents.
Aware of the advanced HSE management system requirements.
Capable to identify hazards and risks in relation to well operations and elaborate/propose mitigation actions.
Computer literate, with the scope of producing programs, reports and organize /analyze well data.
Familiar with the technical software for the completion engineering disciplines.
Knowledge of H2S hazards during well testing, completion and well intervention operations.
Knowledge of logistic aspects related to on/off-shore operations.
Knowledge of advanced Completion, Well Testing, Well Intervention and Well Stimulation operational techniques.
Team player, capable of working with professionals from different organizations.
Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English language.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Well Completion & Intervention Operation Engineer [WCIOE] is responsible for providing the comprehensive engineering support on a day by day basis to the completion, well testing, well intervention operations. In more details:
Prepare Completion, Well Testing, and Well Intervention draft programs in a timely and technically sound manner complying with the Companys policies and procedures in co-operation with WOE responsible for the final consistency review.
Based on sound engineering practices, prepare detailed operational work programs for the activities to be executed (source and review engineering studies and verifications such as tubing stress analysis, tube movement and running operations specific software modeling (CTES-CERBERUS) for slick line, hydraulic programmed, identifying of materials and equipment required for its implementation). In liaison with the HWCIA ensure that detailed programs are duly authorized and shared/agreed upon Contractors involved in the execution.
Liaise with the WOE, District Geosciences, Well Construction disciplines, whichever is involved/concerned, for the same scopes as above.
Assist, support WOE in the preparation of the budget for the activities and organize proper cost control (actual vs. planned) to be monitored on day by day basis.
In co-ordination with the HWCIA support the day by day well operations, ensuring the lessons learnt are systematically captured, recorded and in co-operation with WOE incorporated in the future similar programmers in order to continuously improve the performances and safety of the well operations.
Monitor progress time and costs. Timely report on deviations from planned. Control that data and information from the well site are correct and consistent with operations ongoing.
Study the actual course of operations with the scope of identifies strong and weak point. Propose/recommend measures aimed at improving the completion, well testing, well intervention performances.
In co-operation with WOE perform analysis as to evaluate current performances vs. planned/benchmark. Prepare relevant draft reports and propose actions whenever margins for improvement are identified.
Build and maintain the operational databases (performances (KPI), accident/down-time/malfunctions).
Provide for the modification/integration of the work programmer(s) if so dictated by the contingent situation, ensuring proper approval is granted.
Prepare the draft End of well/activity reports in co-operation with HWCIA and, in case with relevant Contractors/Suppliers. Support the preparation/revision of technical documentation, including specifications for tendering of products and services.
Ensure that materials stock reports are duly kept updated at all times; at the end of the activity ensure that all matters are properly closed out, both internally and in respect of Contractors/Suppliers.
Ensure that hand over notes are prepared and allow for a smooth continuation of the operations.
Safety Responsibilities:
In accordance with the Company HSE-MS, the WCIOE shall:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
Be fully familiar with the Company Emergency Preparedness Plans.
Identify risks and hazard related to the activities being planned.
Contribute to elaborate risk reduction plans and ensure that the assessed risk matches the ALARP acceptance criteria.
In conjunction with the Company HSE Dept./Advisor and/or third parties, contribute to preparation of the identified HSE cases.
If required participate to HSE audits, conformance/non conformance reporting.
Support the preparation of the necessary documentation to apply for dispensation from procedures should this be required by contingent reasons.
