BUYER - BUCHAREST OFFICE

Position: Buyer for Frame Agreements or Strategic Sourcing activities

Requirements:
- University Degree (Engineering or Economics) is a must; MBA or Post Degree specialization is an advantage
- 2/3 years as a buyer in an international Company
- Good command of English
- Italian at an intermediate level is an advantage
- Strong computer skill (MS Office); SAP ability is an advantage
- Very good communication and negotiations skills
- Team worker and open minded for improvements
- Able to take, sometime independently, fast and responsible decisions
- Driving license is an advantage

- Prepares preliminary analysis in order to scout, identify and prioritize the suitable vendors for issuing Frame Agreements
- Acts as a buyer within a certain Purchase Department (PD) for a determined period of time, i.e. working along/collaborating with the buyers from the involved PD for their daily activities
- Presents to the Vendor(s) the Frame Agreement (FA) structure, and the company's General Terms and Conditions, asking for their acceptance
- Sustains the Commercial negotiations: price and sums/volumes Levels, payment terms, terms and conditions of the discounts, Incoterms application, validity conditions etc.
- Issues of Frame agreement(s) document(s)
- Prepare the final analysis reporting the activity carried out within the involved PD to the FA activity coordinator
- Performs the periodical analysis after a determined period (extractions) in order to check the usage of the FAs by the PD(s).
- Supports PDs in their growth and development
- Manages and/or monitors the Volume Discount applicable for each FA (if applicable)
- Monitors and informs or takes appropriate actions for credit note(s) issuing (if applicable)
- Takes in charge and finalize any specific action requested by the Client’s Line (or by Emirom) Management
