Welding Foreman

Responsibilities:
• to co-ordinate Crossing, Connection, Line, Piles and Platform Welding activities and optimize welding times and production, following the specifications and directives of the Site Manager and Assistant Manager
• organize, manage and co-ordinate the work of welders during various welding techniques, ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures and standards
• ensure total understanding and implementation of all major contract requirements and project specifications
• check the use and storage of all welding material and equipment
• provide for the training of welders/operators
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Welder Foreman Qualification
• relevant experience in a similar position; previous experience in Oil & Gas field would be a plus

Required Competencies/ Skills:
• good knowledge of spoken / written English
• team leading skills
