| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical Diploma or Graduated Engineer
Production Operations Course.
Specialised course on operation and maintenance.
Minimum of 5 years experience in same position if graduated, otherwise minimum of 10 years of experience
Good knowledge of written/spoken English.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To be responsible, under HSE Manager authority, for the analysis of risk and incident aimed to safe working conditions.
ORGANIZATION: Refer to Health, Safety & Environmental Protection Department
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Operate in order to respect safety, environmental and quality regulations.
(2) Inform his Superior about some anomalies.
MAJOR TASKS & ACTIVITIES
(1) Implement Fire Fighting & Accident Prevention system.
(2) Ensure that activities pertaining to Fire Fighting and Accident Prevention plan are executed.
(3) Ensure that activities pertaining to Fire Fighting and Accident Prevention manual are executed.
(4) Carry out the “Induction training course” for all new employees.
(5) Check that equipment are suitable, efficient and in compliance with the accident prevention standards.
(6) Issue the accident report and inform immediately the HSE manager.
(7) Participate in the training of Fire Fighting and Accident Prevention team.
(8) Carry out or delegate preventive and corrective maintenance operations on Fire Fighting and Accident Prevention equipment according to the intervention planning.
(9) Organise periodic training activities in order to keep the personnel efficient and vigil.
(10) Have a role in emergencies according to the relevant Contingency Plan.
(11) Ensure the support of Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs.
(12) Act to prevent critical and emergency situations

REFERENCE CAPABILITIES
(1) Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of staff.
(2) Must have a good knowledge of the fire fighting techniques.
(3) Must be totally familiar with local safety regulations and be able to advice contractors on these matters when they are working on the plant.
(4) Should be capable to apply vendor specifications in keeping all safety equipment in good working condition.
(5) Must have the capacity to lead people during emergencies
