Senior Mechanical Engineer or Senior Petroleum Engineer
10 Experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 5 years at a coordination level, preferable in a multidisciplinary environment
Previous experience in Human Resources would be considered a plus
Strong analytical approach to the problems, ability to analyze & solve technical problems.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work independently.
Flexibility, excellence orientation, listening & reception, negotiation, relations management
Very good oral, presentation & written communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate efficiently with a variety of nationalities and educational levels
PC literate with word processing in a Windows environment
An additional foreign language would be a plus.

To provide technical support to Recruitment & Logistics Department
To classify the CVs received by the company according to Qualification Criteria.
To prepare the Job Descriptions as per the client requirements
To prepare the tests for the interviews as per the client & job requirements
To prepare the advertisements and to organize the advertising campaign
To conduct the pre-interviews and the interviews
To establish the final selection of the candidates in order to submit their application to the clients
To sustain the applicants and the client representatives in the final interview session
To update the Archive and the Data Base with the latest information regarding the applicants
To support the logistics officers when required a fast mobilization process
