Planner

Responsibilities:
• contributing informationn and guidance to ensure the productive and timely completion of the project through the preparation, coordination and continuous up-dating of an overall program for the site construction work
• assisting the Resident Site Manager and the Construction Superintendent in the preparation of the construction plan.
• recording works additional to the original requirements and all variations and revisions which must be incorporated in the site plan and informing the appropriate staff and subcontractors of any changes to their workload and any alterations to the targets previously set.
• monitoring of site progress and preparation of weekly ‘lookaheads’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business required
• previous experience in international projects would be a plus
Required Competencies/ Skills:
• good knowledge of English language
• PC skills and specific software (e.g. Primavera P3, P3e, P3 e/c, MS Project)
