RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
• review of Design Documentation for Operability and Maintainability Assurance
• preparation of the maintenance procedures and specifications
• support the development of the RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance)
• participate in the factory acceptance test
• input into the equipment inspection plans
• check suitability of the maintenance routines proposed by vendors
• modification of the maintenance routines to include field feedback in line with Company strategy
• input into the equipment spare parts selection
• input in planning, scheduling and execution of the topsides maintenance
• define, hold and schedule maintenance related contracts throughout their life cycle
• input into the VOWD (Value of Work Done) report
• identify the appropriate operation engineering standards required for the operation of the facilities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Mechanical Engineering degree/Technical qualification
• minimum of 5 years experience in oil& gas production operations
• experience in the same role on major projects
• experience in planning, budgeting and cost control
• experience in working in the Caspian region would be an advantage
• experience in the operation of high Hydrogen Sulphide facilities would be a plus
Required Competencies/ Skills:
• fluent in both written and spoken English
• capable in using specific PC software
