| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required experience and qualification
Bachelors Degree in HSE Management or related science/engineering area and/or Marine Officer Degree,
4 years experience in the HSE Management function at a field level, or 4 years experience as officer on board oil/gas industry related vessel,
Experience in managing HSE audits and inspection programme at the field level,
Experience in application of International HSE standards and Marine Regulations,
Experienced with development and analysis of data for reports and studies,
Advanced knowledge in performing accident investigation,
Advanced knowledge of software applications, creating spreadsheets with mathematical functions, and developing presentation reports
General abilities
Extensive, first-hand understanding and problem solver,
Familiarity with International Maritime Safety Regulations,
Strong written and oral presentation skills,
Good organisational and record keeping skills,
Attention to detail and quality,
Able to work in team,
Good speaking and writing English skills,
Strong leadership skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
He will be responsible to:
· Conduct Vessels Audits against the Company Management System, the International Maritime Laws (IMO, Solas, Marpol, STCW 95, etc.) and the Flags Authorities Regulations.
· Conduct Vessel Inspections to verify the Safety and the Welfare of the Vessels,
· Agree with Head Office Management the Audit Schedule.
· Monitor the Vessels Certificates Status and keep up to date their situation,
· Report the results of the Audits and inspection to the Company Management,
· Follow up and monitor the Non Conformities (N.C.) found out, and give the necessary support to the Company and to the Vessels in order to close the above inefficiencies and to have a continuos improvement.
· Develop specific periodical reports for Company Management related to status of the N.C. of each specific asset and to the fleet general situation.
· Ensure the implementation and the periodic review of the Vessel specific HSE Procedures Manuals, in accordance with applicable Safety and Environment standards, legislation and the contractual requirements of the project
· Promote safety improvement for management system
· Assist in the investigation of accidents in order to understand the root causes and to propose the necessary corrective measures
