CANDIDATUL IDEAL: - Technical University Degree is preferred;
- Previous experience for 1 – 2 years in technical field, customer service or sales preferred;
- Excellent English language skills, other Scandinavian languages are an asset;
- PC skills: MS Office;
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: - Processing & coordination of orders on the in-house systems (JDE/AS400) for products in close cooperation with departments Logistics, Traffic, Warehouse, Finance in Belgium
- Processing & follow up of requests such as Quotes (proforma), pricing, availability & order status using in house systems.
- Process and execute e-marketing initiatives to end user and distributors in the region (Monthly product bulletins etc)
- Follow up of specific sales campaigns
- Processing warranty replacement request in conjunction with Regional manager and Technical Service
- Processing shipment details,
- Inbound: handling specific calls regarding availability of products, price and order status for the Middle East customers
- Outbound: follow up of specific campaigns etc
- Technical support for the local customer service team.
