| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Technical University degree;
- 1+ years experience in technical sales/ customer support/ product design/ documentation;
- Proficient in use of Windows Programs and AutoCAD;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Basics of technical documentation and post order handling;
- Prioritizing, planning & organizing skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Prepare documentation for products in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, in accordance with the project & customer specifications;
- Create customers software packages with information regarding the supplied products regarding spare parts, data package or similar;
- Fill-in customers’ data sheets;
- Prepare all product certificates regarding calibration, materials, pressure test, etc.
- Send all documents, products certificates to customers;
- Identify areas of improvement.
