CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree in Information Systems or related area required
• Fluent in English
• +5 years of experience in technical system support
• Analytical and problem solving abilities
• Customer Service orientation, very good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with desktopoperationg systems, including Exchange, Outlook and Windows Office products
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
• Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to work flexible work hours including nights and weekends
• 3-5 years experience in supervising of technical staff with strong work process orientation

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Provide initial training and ongoing training for Tier I staff
• Provide back-up to Tier I and Tier Ii staff as required
• Supervise and develop Tier I and Tier II staff
• Coordinate with third party providers and internal providers to accelerate the resolution of ITSS problems and requests
• Assist with the development of metric measurements for ITSS Service Level Agreements
• Develop and maintain ITSS Service Desk shift schedules
• Interact with Division IT management and technical personal as required for system implementation and ongoing service/support
