RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Responsible for reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results
-Formulates and administers approved accounting practices in fields such as financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, banking and cashing, credit and collection and internal budgeting.
-Conduct monthly financial review with local management and Finance Director.
-Support and advice the Plant Manager in financial planning, budgeting and strategy planning.
-Responsible for the management of Business system.
-Active participation in financial and cost control of the plant.
-Perform financial analysis of actual performance, budgets, forecasts and business plan and provide recommendations for correction action for budget deviations.
-Constantly review and implement internal control procedures.
-Handle special projects and reporting requirements, both structured and unstructured.
-Manages the activity of the financial department in accordance with the norms and regulations of Financial Romanian Law and other rules, instructions and procedures specific for the company.
-Supervises and ensures conformity with the norms and fiscal Romanian legislation for the financial operations done within the Division.
-Makes sure that the Division financial documents are accurate, complete and finished on time, as well as the reporting neccessary to the Corporate Division for consolidating the data and reporting it to the Romanian Fiscal Authority, according to the legislation and the company procedures and politics.
-Makes sure that the Annual Inventory for the Division assets is done and finishes on time the Financial situation at the end of the year.
-As a representative of Division attends all controls and financial audits and makes available all the requested documentation neccessary to the auditors.
-Keeps up to date with the latest legislation updates
-Is responsible for the accuracy of the data
-Follows that all financial documents of the Division are archived according to the existing legal requirements.
-Accomplishes any other duty required by the Financial Director of the society in accordance with the legislation and the company rules.
-Conducts departmental meetings and actively attends the management operational meetings on a regular basis.
-Lead and supervise the finance team on a day-to-day work; Settles objectives for the financial team and evaluates performance
-Actively searches for continuous improvement of day-to-day work in the financial department.
