| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Economic University Degree
- 5+ years experience in a financial analyst role
- Previous experience in operations administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing, Process management, Telecom or IT environment
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus
- Very good MsOffice skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good analytical & communication skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job role: support the Eastern Europe Director of Project & Services in the deployment of Strategic Operational Plans for 8 countries in the region;
Job location: EMERSON Campus - Cluj-Napoca
Main responsibilities:
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
- gather all financial information from Eastern European locations
- conduct financial reviews and consolidate reports on a monthly basis
- conduct business analysis based on financial and operational data and propose action plans for each location
- make sure all approved and agreed upon action plans are implemented in due time and conduct follow-ups in each location
- keep a close contact with the Finance Managers from each location
- propose improvement ideas for each location (processes, policies, reports, business development, etc.)
- support, based on financial and operational data the decisions being made at Eastern European level
COMMUNICATION
- keep a close contact with local managers and implement the communication plans (project reviews, operational reviews, quarterly employee meetings)
- support managers by setting-up the communication plan, proposing the agendas and content, follow-up with the implementation
ASSISTANCE
- provide assistance to the Eastern Europe Director of Project & Services by setting up review meetings, preparing presentations, organizing and confirming his agenda
- support location HR Managers in implementing the trainings plan for Eastern Europe
