CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

-University Degree;
- Previous experience for 1 – 2 years in customer service, sales, logistics, administrative domains preferred;
- Excellent French language skills with good level in English;
- PC skills: MS Office;


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Processing, coordinating & close follow up of orders on the in-house systems (JDE/AS400) in close cooperation with different departments;
- Use of the escalation process if necessary
- Follow up on specific orders – reply to back orders & open order reports to customers, follow up on pricing & delivery & other issues;
- Inbound: handling specific calls regarding availability of products, price and order status for the French speaking customers in correct and timely manner;
- Outbound: follow up on demonstrations from sales men to end users work on several projects such as address check distributors etc;
- Registration of end users in the system;
- Follow up on actions: send out information with standard letter/fax/e-mail; forward action points to sales/Technical Service/ Others;
- Handle follow up call
- Administrative & secretarial support for the Country manager, customer Service and/or representatives: mailings, sending out info, translations from English to French;
